Free shipping applies to orders over $99. Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Delivery in Canada. Alternative shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • We ship to all regions within Canada. Shipping costs are based on the weight/size of the item(s) selected, and the shipping destination of the order. Total shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box or certain rural addresses.

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped out on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

  •  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Kuma Outdoor Gear is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If there is any damage to the product upon delivery, contact us immediately at online.canada@kumaoutdoorgear.com 



We want all our customers to love their Kuma Outdoor Gear product as much as we do! If you have purchased an item on our website and you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached. If you have purchased an item from one of our Kuma retailers and you are not satisfied with it, please contact the retailer directly for more information. 

  • Availability of products changes on an almost daily basis, therefore Kuma Outdoor Gear cannot guarantee that the product you want will be available by the time we receive and process your return. We would highly recommend that you return your item(s) and place a new order on our website at the same time. 

Prior to sending your item(s) back please notify us by email of an incoming package. Please send your email to online.canada@kumaoutdoorgear.com and we will provide you with the next course of action. 

Kuma Outdoor Gear is not responsible for return shipping fees. We also recommend that you ship your return package with a carrier that can provide a tracking number and insurance. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the product and where it meets our return policy requirements, we will refund the original amount. A refund will be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card in 10 business days.
