LIMITED LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY

Kuma products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

All batteries and battery operated products have a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

WARRANTY FAQ’s

Q: What does "lifetime" mean?

A: Lifetime refers to the product’s lifespan, not the owner’s.  Generally, outdoor products have a lifespan of 5 years but regardless of age, we will be happy to review your warranty request.

Q: How do I send my product in for warranty service or replacement?

A: Once you have completed the form below, we will email you a return authorization number, address, and shipping instructions. You may ship the product back using the courier of your choice however insurance is recommended, and the cost of shipping is your responsibility.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty you can return to the point of purchase along with your original receipt or complete the following warranty claim form:
